DAD BROUGHT

me valentine candy in the little heart-shaped box

me a glitzy pen when i was home sick

me and all of us security

me and my siblings love of mom

it

his stories: work and submarine

his heart

his tears

it

his quiet ways

his appetite

his woes

his smile

all of it
