Cut the Dots

Cut a hole and connect
Open deep enough to correct
No scars left too close behind
Nothing too deep just draw the line
Enter from my chest to my head
Connect the dots to see the dread
Try your best to see for me

Tell me can you draw me empathy
Have you yet to stitch he line
Etch it to deep to heal my mind

Do you think you could sew me a new face
Or do you feel it's not the time
To stitch a fake smile where I lost mine
Sew me a smile so I can be fake just as the ones around me, connect dots, draw me a face
