Curtains

Little fires plough the earth, burning low
Here comes another day, rather slow
If you like to move away, have a go
There’s no difference if it’s sun, rain or snow
Morning chores and daytime dues, evening sun
Nighttime rain, the early dawn on the run
Little birds tweet so loud for me
But the curtains are closed, I can’t see.
