Curse of Old Hallows Mill
The Curse of Old Hallows Mill
There lies a sombre secret,
Near the ruin of Old Hallows Mill.
In deserted Slumber village,
A poison did seep and kill.
Legend is told of Sir Torpor,
Who took himself, a young wife.
Unknowing she was a Witch,
Who would curse, then take his life.
Sir Torpor was a cowardly man,
Stood idle as the village did take her.
Her eyes burned deep into his soul,
Screaming, you and your kin will suffer.
Village blood ran into the well,
The people of Slumber would die.
Retribution, for the Lady of the Mill,
For no one had answered her cry.
If you brave down to Old Hallows Mill,
The Spring, has a secret to tell.
Listen carefully, and you may hear,
Be warned, never drink from this well.
