Curiosity

I am curious.

About what it would be like to not have a serious-

Issue with my memory.

All I see is a blaze of reality.

And that scares me from thinking.

Because when I try to disclose my inkling.

Of a dusty memory.

That I will never receive fully.

But my love persists.

Even in these fits.

It stays steady.

Until I am ready.

To give up that painful time.

For a future where I can forget my crime.
