Cup of Tea

When the world is fret and dreary
And the heart says where to be!
Solace it more than thousand words
A cup of hot and steaming tea

Read a book and take a sip
With love of nature in thy breast
If you feel thyself alone
Thou can call thyself as guest

Keep two cups on table one
And then take them one by one

Such a friend is best therest
The friend that talks not is the best
A winsome cup of hottest tea
Is sweetest than all things dearest

With scent that takes in meadow green
Where pickers pick tea leaves by hut
A running brook with magic sheen
With floating leaves and gulls and ducks

The world of taste and world of mead
In love of nature thou inhale

You brew a magical cup of tea. Thank you for infusing your words with such a sublime sip. Your love of nature is steeped in your poetry. I'm positive there are many who would want a place at your table.
