Cumulus

I am suspended w/o interruption
Drifting across the cerulean ocean
Unblemished in the mystic ceiling
Feathers spread to swim thru
Thru the effervescent blue
Eyes reach up to embrace astonishing
And perceive suspiciously
The soul inquiring internally
And mind waning to comprehend me

My shade greets well
Alleviating skin that is pale
I am not the main attraction in the tale
But the theme
The context and the scene
Not the crazy night but the bars
The black in between the stars
The background behind the mural
The shadow projecting from material
A cricket in the night making musical sound
Filling the void eventually it begins to drown
Among the crowd
Im that quiet cloud

I speak
It withers weak
And it evaporates like the rain after the storm
I might change
Take many form
and landscape unpredictable range
Still you contemplate my relevance
While your thoughts dance
To fit me in
Seeping through my confidence your trust falls through my skin
Your hand collects a wisp anticipating me firm
It vanishes as you descend
My arms chase in term
like lightening racing to the floor to scoop under
But my grip permeates as if I were wind
Anger roars inside of me like thunder
My eyes crystalize
Tears flow to the earth
and make a river bed
My perception analyze
As you rest it lifts you, dead
With a will that read
My urge to keep you irrelevant will never capsize
