Crystal Rose

A blanket of white
Fell in the night
My garden of flowers
Was nowhere in sight
I walked it afoot
I searched with my eyes
All blooms seemed lost
And covered with ice
But then I spotted
The most beautiful rose
Covered in crystal
That nature had froze
A delicate marvel
Unique in its shape
Frozen in time
No plucker to take
