Cry Not a River of Tears
C-ry not a river of tears,
H-owever painful or gray;
O-pen your eyes to trials,
N-ever ever walk
A-way.
D-ry your crying eyes,
E-ither cheek won't drown;
L-et the light warm your heart, making not you feel down.
R-iver of tears overflows,
O-pen your mind to sorrow;
S-top crying over the loss,
A-llow your life to glow.
R-aindrops cease to fall,
I-nclement clime disappears;
O-ctober twenty-fourth day, cry not a river of tears.
