Crush

Crush
Is a stranger
With warm eyes
Sweet smile and
A dimple on his left cheek

Crush
Is her heart
Falling fast and hard
To this stranger
Unknown, oblivion
To him

Crush
Is her heart beating
Thudding
Screaming
Yelling
Longing for him

And crush
Is her heart breaking
Sound of it crashing
Tears falling
Knowing
For he’ll never be hers
Just a stranger from a far.
