Cruel Charade of Love

    "Cruel Charade of Love"




as sweet tender passion of inner soul affection
resurrects rare bloom of relationship to flame
the bitter taste of scorn stung deep beyond cold rejection
attempt to quench a yearning struggle embraced love's foolish game.

to cherish an abomination destroys root core emotion
for love was meant to infiltrate pure hearts
a flagrant masquerade evaporates in waves of ocean
inflicting scars and wounds from treachery false love imparts.

karma kicks the jester who trifles carelessly
pursuing to bamboozle throughout life vicariously.
