Crossroads

I AM ON THE NARROW ROAD
I LOVE JESUS SO THIS WAS AN EASY DECISION TO MAKE
BUT THIS ROAD HAS MORE THAN ONE PATH
WHICH PATH SHOULD I TAKE?

ALL OF THESE ROADS LEAD TO HEAVEN
NONE OF THESE ROADS WILL STEER WILL ME WRONG
YET I STAND AT A CROSSROADS, LISTENING TO OTHERS ADVICE
INSTEAD OF SINGING MY OWN SONGS

I WORSHIP GOD DAILY AND I ALWAYS REPENT FOR SIN
I KNOW IF I CONTINUE THIS THEN THE BATTLE AGAINST SATAN, I WILL ALWAYS WIN
THE QUESTION IS ABOUT CHURCH, IS IT OKAY TO FELLOWHIP AWAY FROM HOME?
MY HEART SAYS AS LONG AS I’M IN GOD’S HOUSE, THE ANWER IS YES
BUT SOME SAY I SHOULD NOT MAKE IT A HABIT TO ROAM.

I DON’T WANT TO GET TO HEAVEN AND HEAR GOD SAY
I WAS AN UNFAITHFUL SHEEP
BUT FOR NOW I FEEL GOOD MEETING CHRISTIANS OUTSIDE MY CHURCH HOME
AND ON THIS ISSUE, I WONT LOSE ANY SLEEP.

This poem is dedicated to the church-hoppers like myself. I well satisfied with my church home but I like to go to other churches and other Bible studies to experience how others see God and I don't see a problem with that but other Christians do.
