Cross My Heart and Hope To Die

Cross my heart and hope to die

I’ll love you forever and I do not lie

Can’t you tell when I look in your eye

You feel my soul you can’t deny

I speak the truth so why ask why

There is no question but I want your reply

Come to me freely don’t be shy

Believe in our fate with your best try

What is your hesitation I must pry

Add up the facts and then apply

I’m on the level as we both fly

I’ve taken an oath to you and swear hear by

I’ll love you forever and I do not lie

Cross my heart and hope to die
