Croccodile

Crafty am I - a croccodile
Native here to the Nile
I've been lying low for a while
Waiting a chance to cramp your style

I disguise myself with great guile
I cannot wait to replace your smile
With a frown of utter vile
Crafty am I - a croccodile

What more could I ask for today? It is a beautiful day the sun shining and birds singing. I am reading your poetry in which you share a little of yourself maybe without even realizing it you have written from your soul. Thank you for sharing your excellent poetry with us Nicole. Love, Carol
