The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Crisp White Wine With Shellfish

View of village hillside houses sunset
Curving road Small villa by the seaside
Spanish architect bulls heads at entrance
Velvet voice perfumed skin prettiest laugh
Walnuts cherries stone fruits of the season
Soft melody apple tarts beautiful wild honey
Hunting season for smelly truffles is Winter
Branches well trimmed they grow in shadows
Labradors sniffing excitedly in the truffle fields
Jealousy + secrecy surround the truffle mystery
Beautifully wrapped exquisite tasting chocolate.
