Creation of Man
When God created man he was working late on the third day.
An angel came by and asked: "Why spend so much time on him".
The lord answered. " Have you seen all the specifications I have to meet to Shape him?"
He must function on all kinds of situations,
He must be able to produce children,
He must be a hard working man,
He must be kind and generous and a loving soul
He must be strong but yet soft enough to take care of his family
He must do all this with only two hands, "He cures
Himself when he's sick and provides for his family.
The angel was impressed. "Just two hands......impossible!
And this is the standard model?
The angel came closer and touched the man.
"But you have made him firm and strong, Lord
"He is said the Lord,
"You can't imagine what he can endure and overcome."
Can he think? The angel asked.....
The Lord answered. "Not only can he think,
He can reason, negotiate but most of all love.
The angel touched his cheeks.
"Lord, it seems this creation is leaking? You have put too many burdens on Him".
He is not leaking....it is a tear? The Lord replied to the angel.
What's it for? asked the angel.
The Lord: Tears are his way of expressing his grief, his doubts, his joy, his Love, his loneliness, his suffering and his pride.
This made a big impression on the angel, "Lord, you are a genius. You Thought of everything.
A man is indeed magnificent.
He is the strength that a woman looks for.
He can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens
He holds happiness, love and opinions.
He smiles when he's happy
He fights for what he believes in.
His love is unconditional
His heart is broken when a next-of-kin or a friend dies but
He finds strength to get on with his life.
The angel asked: "So he is a perfect being?"
The Lord replied: "No. He has just one setback
He often forgets what he is worth."
