Creation
I shall never write nor read
lies to the surrounding crowd
is this why
I read the following aloud?
You took every innocent thought
that a child has
now every day is closer to your last
so forgive me if this is my fault
but everyone knows it's not
your the dark image
that a hurt child
never forgot,
I wish I could say
there's a monster in my closet
or maybe under the bed
but mommy theres a monster
next to you
he has daddy's same head
same smile and eyes
for he is the monster I despise
with a crocked smile
he watches me everyday
his hands hold me around them
twisting every word I say
no longer will I be affected
by affliction and infestation
of the parasite
that feeds on me
and watches me bleed
for this parasite is my father,
I am his creation.
