Creating a garden

CREATING A GARDEN

To create a garden from scratch,
Can seem so daunting,
But with a plan to hatch,
Is so marvellous and rewarding!!
Researching about the soil,
Choosing so many varieties of seeds,
Climate change and wind directions,
Not to mention the digging out the weeds!!
Lots of sketching and gardening books,
So full of vibrant, colourful flowers,
Planting the new plants I brought,
I have been outdoors, gardening for hours!!
It brings me such joy,
Creating a garden in my own way,
It is a great passion of mine,
I find it therapeutic, I have to say!!
It's so great to be outdoors,
And create such a beautiful, colourful scene,
To nurture my unique garden,
A place I love to be,
In my heavenly garden space,
Of peace and tranquility!!

The reward is the pleasure and beauty that the plants and flowers give when they bloom. Plus, as you said, learning about the soils for different plants so becomes educational. She certainly has a green thumb even her indoor plants are lush.
