Crazy Words, Thoughts and Voices In Your Head
These words, these thoughts, this voice in my head
Remind me I have no control.
I scream at these words, deny every thought but
The voice keeps screwing my soul.
The voice tells me remember those boots, that laugh,
Even how she stared.
Her hair, softly over her beautiful face, and
She knew it was me that cared.
Then thoughts of how I had to let her go, come to my rescue
Save me from the pain.
Fill me with “that was close, train wreck averted,
I can’t do that again.”
Of how she’d do crazy **** stuff and say weird, cutting,
“Did she say that?” ****.
Her words stay secret, I won’t say what she did, besides
To these she’d never admit.
These words, these thoughts, these voices every day in my head
Remind me I have no clue
On what’s in her head, her words, her thoughts, her voices
I tell my mind - thank you.
