Cracking Through the Crests

I sit here with the keyboard staring up at me
But I'm not thinking of my hands touching the keys
I'm thinking of a look
as Juliet would say
 "by the book"
Almost classic, what everyone wishes for
But i know it won't come knocking at my door
The choices I made weren't the best
Before I get you back, I won't rest
What can I say to get back to how we were
So long ago it's almost a blur
I knew what i had before I lost it
...you
I just don't know what I can do
But say the words I used to....
I love you.....
