Crackers in the Soup

                On the Soup we have broth and bisque 
                  and the odd chowderhead with a whisk
                We got the antisemites who rant and rave 
                  who are artful but not very smart or brave 
                We got useful idiots and indoctrinated 
                  who should be committed and sedated

                We have the banterers who kid and jest
                  and lighten the mood for all the rest
                We got spoilers for a fight who pick ‘em
                  and quickly cry wolf and play the victim
                We have the philosophers and thinkers
                  and we got imposters and hoodwinkers

                We have truth tellers and truth deniers 
                  and the peacemakers and the pacifiers
                We have the literati and we have divas
                  and the overpraised and underachievers
                We have the deleters and the blockers
                  and have boomers and the Tik Tokers

                We got the same old cliques and coteries
                  who flatter and praise each other to please 
                We got an Age of Unreason phenomenon 
                  and its nutters who resort to ad hominem
                We got the bullies, numpties, and churls
                  who cry virtue but really are mean girls 
. 
                We have insufferable attention seekers
                  and the poem dumpers and critiquers 
                We have the hate filled partisan politics
                  and endless deranged Trumpian limericks
                We got echo chambers and herdthink 
                  and ego fragile hive minds on the brink

                We have the perpetually offended haters
                  and the snowflake hypocrite mass debaters  
                We have among us nihilists and deceivers
                  and have heretics and the true believers 
                We have the plagiarisers and AI cheaters
                  and the bombasters and the chest beaters

                We have poets who crave the spotlight
                  and have poets who just love to write
                We have the good, the bad, and the ugly,
                  and the wise, the dumb, and the smugly
                But for such a large and diverse group
                  we all bring something to the Soup
