Covid-19

COVID- 19, Hello New year of 2020.
The diagnosis, we didn’t think would bring about losing a penny.
In Wuhan it was contracted through a bat to a human.
Not possible is what people were assuming.
Now four months later, and 32,230 U.S. deaths.
And at the beginning they didn’t even have any tests.
Non-essential workers are now struggling to survive.
And our essential workers are able to thrive.
The playgrounds are taped off and our schools are closed.
Everyone is on lock down so no one new is exposed.
Six feet apart when you enter the stores.
Places even having x's to stand on, on the floors.
Schools are making lunches for the children to eat.
People are trying to help one another instead of compete.
Although this virus is deadly and alive.
The world is trying to help one another to thrive.

It would help if we had a President who understood science is more practical than his hunches, that "pandemic" is "serious", or even "united" as in United States, or "world" as in world leader! Aloha! Rico
