Course

For years my heart has been broken for you.
painful memories of abuse and ridicule.trying to subside
the lectures of my un pretty ways like sharp
blades sprung from your mouth.

I hurt for you,you blind coward!the smallest creature on four
legs i name more man then you, raping my heart with
every thrust a piece of me falls

I want to trust your lies ,everything in common with mine to
look good for who?me? no yourself,i don't believe
your eyes nor your mouths lies.

You hurt me once before maybe even many more.Im almost black
inside,about to say loves goodbye.
each night i sit up and cry creating my perfect man with
understanding.

That's all i ask,no hurt no pain no questions why.i wont
restrain your lips from mine.ill even give you my eyes to
gaze at,you stay with amazing force why i let you in remains ...my course.
