Courage

Summon the strength 
to confront pain, grief;
to endure danger 
or the threat thereof. 
Campaign with determination 
to face a valiant struggle. 
Boldly challenge the fear within 
to prepare for resistance 
with instinctive 
physiological response.
Compel a coercive compulsion 
to become valid.
Assume risk when others retreat.
Stand for righteousness
in the face of adversity.
This is the nature of courage.
