Country Life
Clear sky does pleasant eye awake
Warm sun on placid skin placate
Soft songs sung by migrant birds
Add to the harmony all peace reserved
Wander thoughts and feet together
Scenic glory whatever the weather
I would if life allowed
Sit here pondering every cloud
And wish that I could pass each day
In this most reverent way
