Counting Sheep

When counting sheep on sleepless nights
   fails to make me sleep
 I count the stars  in vaulted heights
   that through my window peep

    Then  lullabies from up on high
  bring my soul to rest
     In dreams I fly across the sky
  in slumber's peaceful quest
                  ----

Joseph, this would have placed higher if not for the grammar. Should be counting fails in the first verse and lullabies bring in the second. Congrats on your placement.
