Count Your Blessings
Always count your blessings
It sounds simple enough to do
But it's not always very easy
When you’re feeling down and
blue
When life seems so uncertain
And you don't know what’s
ahead
When the life you were happily
living
Now is filling you with dread
Nothing stays the same forever
That’s one thing that’s always
true
And just like in the past
These times you will get
through
So in the meantime please
remember
There are those who really care
And when you count your
blessings
You'll find more than you think
is there
Start with something simple
Like the stars up in the sky
And while you’re looking up
Count the moonlight in your eye
Count the wind upon your face
And the place you rest your
head
And I pray for you tonight
There will be better days ahead
