Could You Live In My Desert

Could you live in my desert?
All I have is sand and sun
It could be quite pleasant
If you are the real one

Cos, I need someone to love
could that be you?

If you need some water
We can build an oasis
my love will never falter
Cos I love on this basis

If our love should grow and blossom
Turn my desert green
We will walk in fields of passion
living out our dream
But it's down to you and me

We'll go hand in hand
and see what our future holds
horizons will expand 
and our fortunes will be told

I need someone to love
could that be you?

The desert idea is a metaphor for their life, empty and baron. They are searching for someone to share and grow with.
