Could This Be Love?

The way you hold me in your arms just because (could this be love?)
The way you tell me you love me just to know I’m smiling from my hair follicles to
my toenails (could this be love?)
Could you be any sweeter than a candy-coated cavity? (Could this be love?)
Would you be any more charming then a prince I dream of becoming my king?
(Could this be love?)
I could count all the ways you make me feel (could this be love?)
But only one matters (could this be love?)
And that’s the fact that I feel the love (could this be love?)
I see me asking you for your hand in marriage (could this be love?)
Just to erase any doubt you may have of my answer (could this be love?)
The only reason we connect is our kinetic energy to subside in the dwelling of
our own hearts (could this be love?)
I want to tell you that I’m vulnerable when it comes to you (could this be love?)
I gotta let you know that because of you I act a fool (could this be love?)
I know I get on your nerves and you get on mine too (could this be love?)
But that’s the way I know it’s real because there’s no such thing as a perfect
couple (could this be love?)
This is love.
