Cornucopia

We live a lush life Options each and every turn Taken for granted Satisfaction a foreign concept Forever wanting more Striving to accumulate Cornucopia everywhere Stuff we can’t take with us Stuff preoccupies our minds Ends up cluttering our hearts Stuff that ends up owning us Surprised to one day realize How we don’t need all that stuff Less is so much more

Thanks, Paul. I think in general poets are pretty good at appreciating the non material treasures of life.

It is true we can get caught up in the temporary. This is a god reminder of what is important.

Going through a phase of decluttering in my life. Less is definitely more.
