Corners
Along the road I wandered
Without knowing what would be
As I turned the corner
There was something I could see
I saw a glimpse of something
A memory from my past
Suddenly my eyes were open
My mouth was set aghast
For when I turned the corner
I realised it was strife
You never know what's round there
On the bendy road of life
Now I steer quite freely
Through every twist and peak
Whatever things may come my way
Could change in just one week
