Cope

Cope Bragging to my friends, About the night of our brawl Waiting for hours, And he doesn't even call. Looking out of the window Watching the leaves fall, Unable to take the absence Of the person I called. I walked down the hall Into the same protocol, As I discover my way out. I hurt myself without a doubt And after I'm noticed, The person I loved, Doesn’t even ask What happen to her? So now I'm gone And he doesn't even mind, What kind of life did I have to find. Now he's at his wedding making a toast And I'm no where to be found, With nothing, not even a boast.
