Control

Sometimes my life will bring me down
My face becomes an endless frown
These feelings seem to stir inside
Emotions which I normally hide
They speak to me in angry tones
Rage then seems to fill my bones
Sweat appears apon my brow
My neck, my hands, I'm angry now
I must control this rage within
I will not let this anger win
Breathing deep, I close my eyes
Calming down that rage inside
Slowly feeling more like me
That angers passed, now leave me be
