Continuum of Mindfulness
“if attention not always free flowing
persona thus but a dead man walking”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Look at waves of emotions arising
within limited mind body combine!
We delight in impulses surprising,
for their origin, we cannot assign
to any source, other than the divine.
Look deeper within, oh hermit, to see
that causation be not ego entrée,
enmeshing us in a narrow domain.
Love, on other hand, to the contrary,
enables us with bliss, pure and unstained.
