Contentment

As the night disappears from the stary sky, I wonder what emotion are nigh, It cannot be joy because it’s absent. Alas it is satisfaction, it came and went For now I seem content in my heart As it will be a new start. Is it enough who will say? For one life to live and one price to pay. For the future holds new joy, new sorrow And with that sorrow, there is always tomorrow To pick up the pieces and move through rebuff As my life it is enough.
