Contentment

Once a fairy stopped by a garden,
all children shouted in glee.

One wish I will grant you,
ask whatever that may be.

I want to sit on a rainbow said one little boy
It is so beautiful it will give me joy

Each child had a different wish
each wish was wonderful

I want to sleep on a bed of clouds
oh! so soft and fluffy

I want fly along with the winds
and watch many different things

I wish to touch the moon
please do grand the boon

I wish I could kiss the stars in the sky
said one little boy waving his soft toy

I wish I had a magic wand
that would suffice all my wants

One girl stood there by the side
Sad look on her face

Tell me what you want said fairy
showering her grace

"Give me the gift of contentment
may I never ask anything from thee"

"So be it!" said the fairy
Girls face lit up in glee

And she became the happiest child
one can ever be!
