Consideration Implied

Was I to fathom thy scintillating visage, imagining that I was to see no better? Was I to consider that thou art you, and yet a mirage, My eyes closed, my blindness healed? Would I ever be able to ponder thy compassion side, Everything carefully considered, with thoughts so kind? Must I accept that it was for me to provide, And that thy love was to be our shield?
