Consequences of Neglected Grace

God offers to this world
a perfect and great salvation
God in His son Jesus Christ
came to be sins perfect substitution

Jesus came to this earth
being supernaturally conceived of a woman
Mary brought forth the Christ child
who grew up to be a man

He lived a perfect holy life
never did He ever commit a sin
He continually offered this gospel salvation
to all and whoever would come in

This Christ went to the cross
for God required a sinless substitute
as only Jesus could fit this bill
so the savour took Calvary's route

There He died for our salvation
so we can now receive redemption
in our place, He was condemned
so we receive eternal satisfaction

This is indeed such a great salvation
who but God could give such grace
we must never neglect such mercy
for we are blessed like no other race
