Consequence

I’m not a sinner
I’m not a pastor
I’m not better than any man
I’m no Jesus
No Gandhi
I’m not worth it
You understand?

I’ve been away for a while now
And I need a settle down
I need a place to comfort
All the pain I live around

So, tell me can you
Just make me happy
For a few seconds
Just let me feel un-sad
‘Cause I’m always on a steep road
(Can you listen)
I’d just rather be nothing
Than what is this?

Follow me home
(will you just let me)
I wan’t to be alone
(as I deal with this)
I want to give up
( but I wont let me)
So I’ll just face the consequence
