Confused

She cries in the dark of night,
Questions fill her mind.
Why would he?
How could she?
People say her mind creates,
She knows it destroys.
To the eye she is alone,
In her mind she is in another world.
She hides in the comfort of unknown.
Hides from pain,
Hides from rain.
How could he?
Why would she?
