Confliction

You look to my writing, though the reason unsure. Can we stop the fighting, and travel to a place we once were. You say this isn’t the end, though it feels that way. Our happiness to tend, though mine went away. I’ve been lost for so long, I’ve been missing for years. I realized where it went wrong, have you been fighting your tears? I’ve heard your plan, and I’m willing to listen. I know I can, I know we’ll glisten. With another chance, with another round, We’ll take the stance, nirvana bound. I’ve told you my feeling, I’ve let go my voice. Though after this healing, it remains your choice. Daydreaming of a new dawn, daydreams of a passion near. Our chance for love bygone, though I’m full of fear. If you choose to stay, if you choose to try again. We will find the way, a road to zen. I’m wishing you the best, hoping for a future of bright. It’s now time for a rest, dreaming of long ago nights.
