Confined

confined,
shackled in chains,
there isn’t an exit sign;
how can a person escape their,
own mind.

You are right. One's mind can be a prison... Your monoku about positivity is the answer, as it breaks the chains of negativity. Peace and Hope, Gershon

I have often agonized and pondered over this. it's the worst kind of prison. we are often our own prison guards. Mediation helped me break free and mindfulness hope you find a solution. great write.
