Come To the Party

Come to the Party

Come to the party
It's a celebration
Come to the party
Perhaps a short oration
Come to the party
Tables loaded with fare
Come to the problem
No dilemma- what to wear
Come to the party
Bring just yourself
Come to the party
Raise a glass to “Your good health!”
Come to the party
From wherever you live
Come to the party
No expensive party gift

Come to the party
Hosted by the King of kings
Come to the party
His righteousness wearing
Come to the party
All the weak the lame and blind
Come to the party
Prepared for humankind
Come to the party
The marriage of God's Son
Come to the party
Now God's kingdom's come

I can't really remember- some celebration- which I then proceeded to write a second verse for the ultimate celebration.
