Come Home Child

Come home child...I can feel you now!
Walking through that door,
with all of those soft warm fuzzy thoughts in your head...
I wish I could have somehow warned you of the pain that lay ahead...

Baby boy you were so sweet!
Always finding happiness and joy in everything you did...
Now your life is sad and you'd rather be dead...
Yeah!

The cross to bear at home and school, you knew were never destined to be cool...
Sweet lovely you've tried so hard but this evil world has only torn you apart..

I can taste the tears rolling down your cheeks and I can see you hiding underneath those sheets...
It's time to leave this all behind..
This world will never understand and there is just nothing left give...
Yeah!

No more will your soul need bleed in strife
No more will you be a slave to pain and anguish in this life
Come home child
I can feel you now..

Come home child!
