Colours

Colours

(Inspired by the recent race related shootings in America)

I'm in red
You're in blue
I'm 'lady in red'
You're 'boy in blue'
We're a myriad of kaleidoscopes
But colour does not define us

Tomorrow I think pink
You'll be in purple
I'm me
And you're you
Who's in black and who's in white
Colour does not define us

I'll dye my hair blue
You'll wear green lenses
I'm still me
You're still you
Colour does not define us

Lovely write Mubarika! Colours do not define us, just describe us. Besides, colour is what our eyes and brain perceive, what we see is the light bouncing back, literally the colour something ISN'T. 7 my friend xomo!

I wish color did not define us, but you are wrong! It does.
