Colors of Serenity

Colors of Serenity
by Lori Maria Walton

Serenity,
  an endless expanse,
     Indigo

Cutting through a synaptic web
   Earth entangles thought,
      Amarillo

Fossils of our lives
  Entrenched in patterns unknown,
    Violet

Spoiled, the the artist
   Our existence,
      Fuchsia

Melodious rhythms
  Overtaking our soul with grief,
     Transparent

Jasmine aroma
   Brilliant, shattered, replaced
      Colorless and free

WOW! This was really good! The manner and style in which you presented the poem really shows the sophistication behind your thoughts. I feel inspired and envious. :)
