Cold March Morning

It's a cold March morning
wind blows around outside,
everything thaws then freezes
the Fairies find somewhere to hide.

They have no snow to battle with
just the frigid windy air,
I just noticed one Fairy
trying to fix her wind blown hair.

The sun is trying to come out
it's fighting with the clouds,
the sun is being hidden
as if it weren't allowed.

We don't know what's in store
for the rest of this March weather,
we all need more warm days
to make each of us feel better.

I don't have any idea as to what the temperature is outside today. All I know is that it's cold.
