Cold Feet

I try to hide the way I feel

I keep it all inside me

But even though I know it's real

I need someone to guide me

And though you're quite spectacular

I'd say you're one of a kind

I can't find the vernacular

To tell you what's on my mind

So until then I'll suffer long

Each moment of every day

Until my courage comes along

And I find the words to say
