Cold Embrace

The day I met Doctor Doom
I offered him a hug
He accepted but the moment
was more akin to a tug

His armor was cold and dense
with the cape being like a rug
The moment was just awkward
and he acted all like smug

I didn't want to seem unwarm
or treat him like a thug
It's just encassed in all that Iron
may him seem like a giant bug

So I ended the embrace as if
I was putting down a jug
And then went about my business
as if I was wearing an earplug
