Cold

Left hand doesn't see what the right ones doing Gotta be careful so they won't end up suing Keeping one foot moving at all times Sitting here busting these rhymes No guitar to play Pawned it the other day Always been my way To keep the faith growing Watching all the seeds, I've been a sowing All the times I've been a knowing What goes up must come down. In life you can easily drown Have myself to hold on to Quince my thirst on the morning dew Don't mind me I'm just passing through Won't be here that long But I'll leave you with a song To dry any tear To step with you through any fear Time is on our side We use it to guide Not hide You decide To reach for tomorrow with open arms Hate harms Hearts that beat pure Hard to find but I'm still sure Out there somewhere I can't yet see Happiness must surely be free So I step pass the blue Cause somewhere , love beats true So on and on I go One-day I'll have something to show For the times done gone But kept the beat moving on Maybe one day I shall write The words that sound right Keeps me warm on a cold night Till then That someday, I don't know when So I Keep on marching to my own beat Till the day I get that special treat A new life awaits I'm tempting the fates Writing my own Keeping in mind all I've been shown Reaching up trying to gather the love I've found To the love one must be bound
